Prior to practicing in London, Chuck was partner in charge of the Los Angeles area international tax practice for Ernst & Young as well as a partner in the firm's corporate entertainment tax practice. During this time, Chuck advised clients on a variety of international tax, transaction and financing matters, including cross-border motion picture production, distribution and financing for corporate entertainment clients in his capacity as one of Ernst & Young’s designated industry experts.
At the beginning of his career, Chuck worked as a tax and financial planning associate in the corporate headquarters of a Fortune 500 company where, in addition to his corporate responsibilities, he also served as the company representative on tax and financial subcommittees of a Washington D.C. based industry group.
